Begüm Özaltun has been working mainly in the areas of Corporate Law, Contracts, Labor Law and Information and Technology Law. She has gained experience in the fields of company liquidation, preparation of BoD and general assemblies, issuance of internal directives, preparation and review of contracts in various fields and following-up litigation processes. She has carried out projects for compliance with the Personal Data Protection Law for numerous companies from different sectors and provided legal consultancy service in the relevant areas.
